Drive Sports Training aims to design programs that take each athletes' individual differences into consideration when implementing training. We approach this systematically and progressively with the goal of reducing the likelihood of injury and to achieve athletic/fitness goals.
Jason Ali is a strength and conditioning coach, mentor, and founder of Drive Sports Training. His experience includes coaching athletes in both team and private/semi-private settings. Jason has coached athletes of all ages and skill sets across numerous sports.
Jason is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) where he holds his CSCS certification. He is also a proud graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science
